This role is a full-time, mid-senior level position with a focus on outpatient breast surgery. The position is office-based, includes minor procedures, and offers autonomous clinic hours with no scheduled holidays, nights, weekends, or on-call duties. Work/life balance is a key aspect of the practice, and the candidate will be involved in medical management of breast issues from benign to malignant using approved protocols.
Base pay range: $116,620.00/yr β $150,199.00/yr

Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
- Preferred: 3 years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Valid ACLS certification.
