This role is being recruited on behalf of the team at Friends of Israel UK.
Hours: Part Time - 7 hours per week (ideally split across two days (Tuesday and Thursday), but can be flexible)

Overview
The Ministry Assistant is responsible for processing all donations and purchases in a timely manner and assisting the FOI UK Field Representative in the distribution and receiving of ministry materials.
Key Objectives
- Help accomplish FOI’s mission.
- Keep accurate donor records.
- Provide timely processing of donations and purchases.
Position Qualifications
- Previous ministry, office, or customer service experience preferred.
- Data entry experience 1 - 5 years.
- Excellent organisational and verbal communication skills.
- Competent computer operating skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred.
- Ability to learn internal web-based systems quickly.
- Capable and pleasant in handling inquiries from others.
- Able to accomplish tasks assigned with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable to changing technology.
- Dedicated Christian who demonstrates an understanding and support of FOI’s mission, philosophy, ministry, beliefs, and policies.
