About the Role

The Head of Finance will oversee all the operational finance activity for CV, directly line‑managing 4 international Financial Controllers based in 4 regional hubs. The role reports to the Director of Finance & Governance and holds a broad range of responsibilities that include aspects from each of the Finance functional pillars, which are further defined in the Job Pack document:

• Operational Finance
• Budgeting & Financial Planning
• ERP Tool & Projects

About You

The postholder will be used to carrying risk and be comfortable working with high levels of responsibility. A natural team leader, you will enjoy leading and growing a group of Financial Controllers with clear communication and integrity. As a qualified accountant, you will have extensive experience in accounting, ERP systems, and project delivery. A full person specification can be found in the Job Pack.

The postholder will be expected to lead times of prayer and devotion, and to support and uphold the Christian environment. As such, there is an occupational requirement that the job‑holder is a Christian under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
