All Souls Langham Place is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the church’s internal structure and operational support.

You will oversee an operations team of about 29 staff across six departments, with direct line management of five reports, reporting to the Rector.

You will drive strategic leadership, financial stewardship, property and capital project oversight, governance, technology and data protection compliance, enabling ministry delivery through robust operational infrastructure.
