ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Location Pastor to join the team at Alive Grantham and share in the responsibility for leading and developing the location.
This full-time, permanent role will work closely with the Location Pastor to embed Alive’s vision, values, mission and pattern, helping people grow as disciples of Jesus and mobilising them to serve, lead and make a difference.

- a courageous leader who follows the Spirit's lead and step into areas of ministry across the church after consultation with the Location Pastor.
- a called leader who knows that Jesus has called them to Alive Grantham to carry the weight of leadership alongside the Location Pastor.
