Responsibilities:

  • Manage retail sell-through and execution of promotional programs at the counter via the sales team.
  • Ensure individual and counter productivity meets KPIs established by the brand and retailer.
  • Lead, recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and payroll Beauty Stylists, Selling Specialists, Ambassadors, and Estheticians.
  • Develop and apply productivity guidelines for special events and sales, and manage individual and team performance.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive to maximize return on investment for counter events.
  • Partner with the Account Executive and corporate Education team to identify training needs and facilitate product and sales training.
  • Empower team members to host and create special events and programs at the counter.
  • Utilize CRM tools to connect with clients, build long-term relationships, and update customer profiles.
  • Encourage cross-retailer and community networking to build beneficial partnerships.
  • Direct team members on maintaining Dior counter image (cleanliness, dress code, merchandising, product placement).
  • Support retail buyers and planners with ordering system use.
  • Conduct monthly productivity evaluations for Beauty Stylists (demonstration productivity, AUS, IPT).
  • Track event and sampling program performance and complete promotional recap forms for the Account Executive.
  • Perform all other job-related activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of prestige beauty sales and counter management experience.
  • Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
