Assisting in driving sales, coaching a team of Beauty Consultants, and maintaining the luxury brand image in the Retail department.
Responsibilities
- Set targets for all team members in line with company expectations.
- Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Lead and coach your team to ensure all team members, along with yourself, achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Proactively link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU).
- Educate and train team members on the use and history of Parfums Christian Dior products.
- Be knowledgeable on all Parfums Christian Dior products and propose personalized products to clients, confidently overcoming objections.
- Demonstrate products on clients through flash make‑overs and explain benefits.
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both at the counter and through traffic stopping.
- Proactively manage all team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities and supporting with training and guidance.
- Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager to ensure sufficient inventory.
- Proactively grow your business through events, appointments, and return bookings.
- Ensure all operational and administrative tasks are completed to the best of your ability.
- Participate in merchandise management and align it with corporate guidelines.
- Adhere to all company procedures, policies, and store policies and procedures.
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.
