Main Responsibilities
Responsible for design development & delivery of all Special Projects, Pop-Up\'s, Events and Fragrance & La Collection Privée launches throughout the year across multiple Retailers. This role works very closely with Global Head Office ensuring all guidelines are closely followed and the brand vision is brought to life & protected in stores. Responsible, along with their team for delivering all projects in budget, on time & in full.
- Present and clarify complex aspects of Visual Merchandising projects internally, to retailers and global HQ with the goal of shared understanding and solid alignment.
- Manage budget in full across the year with constant review.
- Manage specific fragrance promotional activities outside Dior Counters from start to finish, in line with Brand DNA and the Marketing Plan.
- Define action plans and timings for each project, respecting required timescales and deadlines.
- Communicate closely with Internal departments as & when needed.
- Ensure that all project designs are in line with the international visual guidelines and to the highest standard.
- Alongside the team, select the manufacturer offering the best quality = price ratio. Monitor the project before the installation with a high attention to detail. Ensure both project timings and budget are respected.
- Work closely with Visual Merchandising Executive, & Visual Merchandising Intern to ensure consistency across all activations from materials used, displays on sites, management of collateral etc.
- Support regional field teams if needed for installations & launches as well as ability to be reactive with VIP Visits across our flagship stores in London.
- Be responsible for overseeing all project installations when needed to ensure best in class execution as well as closely following up post-install and communication with relevant teams on where improvements can be made.
