We are currently seeking a VM Admin Intern to complete a 6‑Month Internship in London. The Intern will support the VM team in all activities linked to VM project management and drawing up of corporate documents. The role requires full‑time work, availability to start by 5th of June 2026, and right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of corporate presentations
- Support the development and constant update of the VM calendars
- Graphic development of creative project guidelines (shop windows, pop‑in, internal takeovers)
- Support the management of Visual Tools prototypes and production
- Support the organization of VM project approval meetings and the planning activities
- Manage data entry of new suppliers via dedicated portals
- Support the planning of seasonal window décor for all categories, liaising with the Paris-based design team and local suppliers
- Update the VM tool database regularly, tracking deliveries, transfers, and storage costs
- Organize the manufacture of VM tools wherever required, overseeing all logistics details
- Liaise with contractors and local suppliers on upcoming projects and installations
- Ensure purchase orders are raised and invoices are saved
- Review VM costs weekly, ensuring each spend recorded and data shared with Paris and finance monthly
- All VM assets are saved in the internal share drives, updating and archiving where necessary
- Save photographs of all stores after each rotation and share internally
- Implement visual directives issued by Paris in the UK boutiques and department store concessions
- Participate in the organization and set‑up of all in‑store events when necessary
- Maintain regular communication and feedback with regional stores
- Carry out any additional duties directed by the UK VM team
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail VM experience
- IT proficiency and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Powerpoint)
- Previous knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
- Problem‑solving ability
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills; liaising with suppliers, Paris HQ, stores, and higher management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proactive and independent
- Good analytical, planning and deadlines‑monitoring skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
