We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Market Training Specialist to support the Market Training Manager in deploying the training strategy across the market. Acting as a field expert, the successful candidate will design and adapt training content, deliver impactful programs in boutiques, and provide one-to-one coaching to develop retail teams. By tracking results and fostering a strong learning culture, the role will contribute directly to enhancing performance and client experience.
Content Development
- Align with the Market Training Manager to ensure coherence with regional strategy.
- Partner with local Merchandising teams to highlight key product priorities.
- Adapt and update training materials to market needs, with a focus on classroom, virtual, and one-to-one content.
Coaching & Training Delivery
- Dedicate ~50% of time to one-to-one and spot coaching, including a "coach the coach" approach with Boutique Managers.
- Facilitate engaging training activities (20-30%) for Client Advisors and Junior Managers.
- Support onboarding of new joiners and ensure smooth transmission of knowledge.
Follow up & Analysis
- Conduct store-level training needs analysis and track performance of all training formats.
- Monitor learning programs to evaluate behavioural change and business impact.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by leveraging KPIs, feedback, and best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Learning Culture
- Collaborate with in-boutique trainers, managers, and Client Advisors to ensure training alignment and impact.
- Provide feedback to managers on training outcomes and areas of accountability.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning within the retail teams.
