We are currently seeking Retail Support Interns to join our beautiful London Harrods Concession for a seasonal internship in Retail.
You will receive coaching to develop the highest standards of stock handling, customer service, product training, administration and an opportunity to learn from our experienced teams and develop your skills in a luxury environment. This role incorporates a combination of back of house and front of house responsibilties.
Please note: Candidates must be available to work full-time 40 hours per week, with Monday to Sunday flexibility and has the right to work in the UK.
- Use your excellent organisational skills to support the team in the operational aspects of the department.
- Back of house maintenance
- Follow all Christian Dior procedures in regard to garment protection, stockroom housekeeping and security tagging.
- Take all actions necessary to ensure stock is safe and secure.
- Build relationships with colleagues across the Stock team and Sales teams.
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Management team.
- Display a genuine passion for luxury and interest in the retails and fashion industries.
- Consistently maintain high standards, a drive to succeed and show motivation to deliver personal and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure each client receives a consistent and professional service.
- Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of Visual Merchandising, housekeeping and Christian Dior standards within the department.
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Must have Monday to Sunday flexibility (40 hours per week), flexible on evenings and weekends.
- Must have right to work in the UK.
Previous stock, sales or administration experience, ideally from a luxury environment (not mandatory).
The ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
