Position
Product Merchandising Coordinator role will support the Women\'s and Baby Universe Merchandiser in terms of weekly sales reporting, monitoring stock levels/ sell through’s and supporting with retail stores requests on product. The scope of the region is Northern Europe.
This role requires smart, proactive and time efficient individual able to support the Merchandiser and work closely with the large landscape of Northern Europe retail stores to communicate all product messages and analysis on sales.
Job responsibilities

  • Finding solutions and supporting on client product requests across the Northern Europe retail network.
  • Monitoring delivery updates on seasonal and permanent stock and sharing with merchandiser and retail.
  • Pulling sales data for Monday reporting for Merchandiser and updating weekly retail messages.
  • Creating and updating Sell Through file per collection for women’s and baby.
  • Monitoring pre sales deposits and tracking deliveries and conversion.
  • Creating VM looks by store per season and sharing with VM and retail teams.
  • Overseeing stock rebalancing for retail and events across the market.
  • Collect feedback from retail teams on collections and feeding back to EMEA merchandising teams.
  • Support on buy preparation analysis and collecting feedback on runway requests from retail to support Merchandiser on building the buy.
  • Seasonal competitor feedback and pricing monitoring in the market.

  • Strong Microsoft skills, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

  • Good experience in administration.
