Position

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

Job responsibilities

Cash Handling And Control

  • Handle all cash transactions and respect all cash procedures.

Administrative Duties

  • Manage invoices, credit notes, repairs, and procedures.

CD Procedures Implementation

  • Responsible for all CD procedures and audit points such as sales, cash, security, database, and gifts.
  • Use and implement the CD procedures handbook as guidance.
  • Follow refund procedures.

HR Administration And Support

  • Support the Manager with HR administration tasks such as onboarding, leavers, uniforms, holidays, and store approvals.
  • Manage procedures training.
  • Ensure adherence to H&S policies for staff and customers.

Stock

  • Organize and conduct weekly stock takes.
  • Manage deliveries and replenishments.
  • Oversee stock transfers across Europe.
  • Ensure deliveries are processed before store opening.
  • Support stock movements and repairs.
  • Report stock issues like theft, discrepancies, and slow movers.
  • Develop reports on stock and inventory results.
  • Participate in biannual stock takes and annual inventory.
  • Follow CD procedures on garment protection, security tagging, and stockroom organization.

Other

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Organize mail orders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
  • Assist in implementing policies and procedures.
  • Support daily operations, including till management and cashing up.

  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in admin and stock management required.
  • Passion for Dior and luxury retail.

  • Full-time availability, including weekends.
