Christian Dior Couture is looking for an Operations and Administrative Intern to support Northern Europe stores and concessions in the London Head Office.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be based at the London Head Office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and audit various data outputs including stock movements, transactions, and procedure-based activity analysis.
- Assist in monthly controls, commercial analysis on stocktakes and cycle counts, and month‑end closure.
- Support the manager during monthly store visits to ensure Dior store Handbook procedures are followed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of store Handbook training and internal control rules and laws.
- Support the manager with annual inventory preparation and assist on the day of the inventory.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full‑time (40 hours per week) Monday‑Friday, with weekend availability if required.
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Motivated and proactive with strong social and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Self‑sufficient and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Logistical and analytical thinking abilities.
- Fluent in English.
- Analytical background.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
