Overview
Location: Head Office based
Freelance hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday and weekends as required for projects)
Experience required: 3-5 years

Responsibilities
- VM Operations:
- Plan seasonal window décor for all categories; liaising with Paris-based design team and local suppliers for implementation.
- Diaries installation with Paris & Northern Europe team.
- Ensure all costings are within budget and inform your manager of any additional costs.
- Participate and attend the setup of all in-store events.
- Oversee all contractors and local suppliers on VM projects and installations.
- Prepare and maintain the VM annual calendar for distribution to the VM network.
- Update the VM tool database regularly, tracking deliveries, transfers, and storage costs.
- Organise the manufacture of VM tools wherever required, overseeing all logistics details.
- Oversee the implementation timeline.
- Ensure all costings are within budget and inform your manager of any additional costs.
- VM costs reviewed weekly, making sure each spend is recorded and data shared with Paris and finance monthly.
- Ensure all finance budgets and purchase orders are raised and invoiced efficiently.
- Oversee delivery of goods and completion VM work.
- All VM assets saved in the internal share drives, updating and archiving where necessary.
- Visit all locations after installation to ensure guidelines are achieved.
- Oversee photography seasonally:
- Consult with all photographers.
- Send all files to Paris within the timeline required.
- Records of all VM installations to be filed.
- Support the Northern Europe VM team to implement visual directives issued by Paris in the boutiques and department store concessions.
- Assist in the seasonal changeover of window schemes & instore rotations.
- Maintain a consistent knowledge of product and best sellers to maximise sales by promoting certain products.
- Participate to the EMEA VM summits and/or Northern Europe meetings.
- Maintain consistent communication with all internal and external counterparts including Head Office UK.

- Previous experience within VM or Event operations within a luxury fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, daily organisation, and time management.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and flexible approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of current trends in design.
- Proficient in Adobe packages & Microsoft – PPT, Excel and Word.
- A passion for Christian Dior and our collections.
