We are currently seeking a full-time highly organised Operations Associate to join our successful team in Selfridges.

The successful candidate will be supporting the department across customer service, international and national client deliveries, omni-channel and external partners.

  • Job responsibilities
  • Arrange all client shipments respecting timelines including tracking for audit purposes.
  • Ensure all order accuracy.
  • Follow procedure step by step in regard to consignment (pick, pack, send).
  • Tracking of Press pulls.
  • Follow all department procedures accurately.
  • Be a link between the operational and sales team.
  • Promote RS services across the boutique.
  • Back of house department support.
  • Ensure accurate performance tracking.
  • Support with Customer Service process.
  • Support with development of Business getters.
  • Support with After Sales Service.
  • Ensure all clients receive the highest standards of customer service.
  • Act as an ambassador for CDM supporting the store to meet its targets.
  • Treat all customer data with the upmost confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Attend team meetings and make a positive contribution to discussion.
  • Support where required in supporting the team to maximise the department/boutique’s performance.
  • Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Management Team.
