Job responsibilities- Oversee the implementation of global creative and VM standards, ensuring luxury excellence and bespoke client experiences.
- Lead the adaptation and execution of global visual strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive business performance in the Benelux & Nordics Region.
- Collaborate closely with our 6 boutiques across the region to optimize their visual merchandising, product placement, and overall customer experience, leveraging virtual tools and insights.
- Manage regional creative production, including briefs, layout plans, and product placement, coordinating with HQ.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, retail, merchandising, and operations teams to align visual initiatives.
- Provide guidance and training to boutique teams on best practices in visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Regularly visit our boutiques in the Benelux and Nordics region to ensure alignment and provide on-site support.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury retail or a similar premium brand environment, with a strong understanding of virtual merchandising principles.
- Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of digital tools and platforms relevant to merchandising, e-commerce, and visual communication.
- An exceptional eye for aesthetics, detail, and luxury presentation, with the ability to translate brand DNA into compelling visual displays.
- Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Dutch, French, or a Nordic language is a significant advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Benelux and Nordics region.
