We are seeking a Client Development Management Coordinator to join the team of one of our beautiful stores in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing VIP clients within the location.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the appropriate management of VIP Clients of Christian Dior, maximising their potential within your boutique.
  • Increase client loyalty, with a special focus on local clientele, in all departments in conjunction with Department Managers.
  • Develop a portfolio of clients at VVIC and Elite level.
  • Fully manage all strategic, operational and creative planning of VIP events alongside the Events team.
  • Follow up Client Indicators within Product Categories and leverage the Events or Animations planned.
  • Support the Events team from the creation to execution of client events.
  • Ensure CDM (customer database) capture rate remains consistently above 90%.
  • Provide feedback to the Head Office CDM team for continuous improvement of data.
  • Analyze the clientele structure of the store and how well the client mindset cascades through the team.
  • Monitor results and profitability of all actions implemented.
  • Work on improving client segmentation, profiling and targeting for any action in order to improve ROI.

Qualifications

  • Must be available full time (40 hours per week, Monday‑Sunday).
  • Previous CDM experience within luxury fashion.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • A passion for Christian Dior and our collections.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
  • Fluency in a second language (preferred).
