Community Care Trust Aotearoa is seeking a Team Leader to guide our Youth Services in Whakatū Nelson. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on building strong relationships with young people, whānau, staff and the wider community to provide safe and meaningful support.
You will work with Youth Support Workers to lead day‑to‑day operations, foster a positive team culture and ensure high‑quality service delivery, including an on‑call roster outside standard hours.
