Summer Camp - Timber Challenge (Adventure Courses)
Climb high. Lead well. Encourage growth. Serve as a key part of the Timber Challenge team, helping campers conquer the zipline, high ropes, climbing tower, archery, and more, all while keeping safety and spiritual impact at the centre.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate high-adventure activities (Zipline, High Ropes, Tower, Archery)
- Prioritise safety while encouraging confidence and teamwork
- Assist in maintaining challenge course areas
- Help campers and guests feel welcomed and supported
- Show Christ’s love through your actions and words
- Participate in staff training and team meetings
- Assist with camper arrival/departure on weekends
- Participate in other camp activities as planned by the Recreation and Ministry Departments, as the schedule allows, mainly after dinner hours
- Flex into other roles and temporary assignments to other duties (including Cabin Leader) if needed
