The Retail Director is responsible for overseeing and managing both retail locations for CPC and LGYC. This individual must be highly detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for creating a welcoming, fast-paced, and Christ-centered retail environment. The Retail Director will handle administrative responsibilities, retail layout and presentation, and daily operations while working closely with the Operations Director to ensure excellence and consistency across both locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of both CPC and LGYC retail locations
  • Manage administrative tasks related to retail operations (inventory tracking, scheduling, reporting, etc.)
  • Design and maintain appealing, organized, and efficient store layouts
  • Create a friendly, welcoming, and fast-paced shopping environment for campers, families, and staff
  • Ensure retail spaces reflect the mission, values, and culture of the camp
  • Train, support, and supervise retail staff as needed
  • Communicate regularly with the Operations Director regarding needs, goals, and performance
  • Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of retail operations, including cleanliness and presentation

Schedule & Compensation

  • Pay: $14–$16 per hour
  • Hours: School Year: 15–25 hours per week; Summer: Full-time opportunity
