Cabin Leader Qualifications:
- Graduated from High School or 18 years of age.
- A growing Christian.
- Mental, emotional, and spiritual stability.
Cabin Leader Requirements:
- Want campers to know Christ and grow in that relationship.
- Are willing to share faith with campers.
- Have a servant like attitude working with campers and other staff.
- Want to have tons of fun working, living, investing in campers.
- Hold to the statement that “Camp is for kids”.
- On time to staff meetings, assigned areas, and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Care for physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of campers in your cabin.
- Lead Bible studies and talk to cabin campers individually about their spiritual condition.
- Enforce all camp safety rules and other regulations.
- Work cooperatively with the Summer Leadership Team and other counselors and staff in larger group activities.
- Complete required paperwork at end of week.
- Perform other functions at camp as assigned.
