Engineering Apprenticeship – Almac Group
Hours:37.5 Hours Per Week (Inclusive of day release at college)

Almac has a strong track record in delivering apprenticeship programmes in several areas including Engineering. Building on this success of recent years, we are excited to recruit an Engineering Apprentice who will be enrolled on a programme of study with SRC.
This will be a 4-year programme, starting as a Level 2 apprentice and progressing to Level 3 following successful completion of year 1 and 2. Combining academic and on-the-job learning across a number of subject areas will lead you to the achievement of Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Engineering.

Consisting of several business units who are supported by Central Services many core departments such HR, Information Services, Legal, Engineering and many more. These departments provide support and expertise to the wider Almac Group. Engineering activities take place across the wider business units but is based in Almac Clinical Services.
Engineering Apprentice
As an Engineering Apprentice, you will acquire new skills and begin your career in Engineering. Under the supervision of the Development Engineering Team Leader and in collaboration with the Mechanical Development Engineers, you will receive training from an approved Training Provider while gaining practical experience at AES over a preliminary two-year period.
We are committed to helping you achieve your potential through a structured programme of blended on-the-job training and mentorship. You will work in a high-quality environment, building on your experience and skills to help you develop your career within a growing organisation.
After successful completion of your qualification, there will be the opportunity to gain a permanent role and have a clear route for career progression.
