Salary: £24,960 per annum (Experienced installers – salary negotiable DOE)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier within the cavity wall insulation sector in the UK and Ireland, is currently recruiting Trainee Cavity Wall Installers to join their expanding North West Division. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term career in the insulation, construction, or energy efficiency sector, with full training provided including NVQ Level 2 qualification. Candidates with experience working outdoors on construction sites or within the insulation industry are encouraged to apply.

As a Trainee Installer, you will work as part of a two-person team assisting the Lead Installer with the installation and extraction of cavity wall insulation in domestic and commercial properties across Northern Ireland. Full training, tools and uniform are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation and extraction of cavity wall insulation
  • Work in accordance with system design and training manuals
  • Follow instructions from the Lead Installer
  • Travel to domestic and commercial properties across the province
  • Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of customer service on site
