This role actively supports learning outcomes from the BSc Computing Systems programme, including:

- Client & Server‑Side Systems: Understanding web-based systems, applications, and APIs.

- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.

- Support standard business software, including Microsoft 365 and specialist applications.
