Client:
Our client is a well-respected Property Services Contractor that have been operating for approximately 50 years. They specialise in property alterations and modifications, damage restoration and maintenance projects. They work with Social and Private Housing clients, Property Management Companies, Care Homes, Schools, Councils and Commercial Buildings.
Overview of Role:
The Apprentice Quantity Surveyor will be working under the direction and guidance of the Head of Contracts and Senior QS, assisting with the commercial management of Social Housing Maintenance contracts, including site remeasurement, cost management and preparation and submission of costs for individual works orders ranging from minor reactive works through to large scale refurbishment and maintenance projects. This is a great opportunity that will provide the opportunity to work across several contracts and departments to give exposure to various elements, supported by structured, mentored training, providing excellent opportunities for career development.
