Our client is a well-respected Property Services Contractor with approximately 50 years of operation. They specialize in property alterations, modifications, damage restoration, and maintenance projects. Their clients include Social and Private Housing, Property Management Companies, Care Homes, Schools, Councils, and Commercial Buildings.
Overview of Role:
The Apprentice Quantity Surveyor will work under the guidance of the Head of Contracts and Senior QS, assisting with the commercial management of Social Housing Maintenance contracts. Responsibilities include site remeasurement, cost management, and preparing/submitting costs for individual works ranging from minor reactive repairs to large-scale refurbishment and maintenance projects.
