We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join Christian Alexander Recruitment, an established but expanding recruitment business based near Malvern. The successful Recruitment Resourcer will be liaising with both candidates and clients and will undertake a mix of recruitment and resourcing roles within our team.

Your main focus will be to find high calibre talent for both existing and new clients. You should demonstrate experience with IT and digital, and have knowledge of industry tools including Job Boards, LinkedIn and social media.
