We are looking for Production Operatives to join our Abernethy Site. You will be responsible for carrying out various manual tasks associated with the packing, grading and stacking operations. We are currently at an exciting time for the business, with new automation recently installed as part of our continuous improvement plans. Responsibilities:
- Picking and grading of potatoes to ensure they meet customer specifications.
- Escalating any concerns to the quality team.
- Completion of production orders on time and in adherence to schedule.
- Assembling trays and MUs for product to be packed into.
- Work as part of a team to maximise packing operations, communicating with the team in a positive manner.
- Ensure hygiene of production lines are compliant with auditing standards.
- Assist machine operatives with changeovers when necessary.
- Buddy up and train new starts.

- Previous experience working in a food manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills.

- WK1: Thursday - Friday 06:30 - 18:00 & Saturday 06:30-17:00
- WK2: Wednesday - Friday 06:30-18:00 & Saturday 06:30-17:00 (Average 37.5hrs p/w)
- Sunday 06:30 -17:00 (10 hours)
- 5.5 hours - shift open to discussion.
