We are looking for Line Operatives to work in our Mash Factory just outside of Lincoln. You’ll be responsible for grading the product to the necessary standard and ensuring that packs are sealed, labelled correctly and are the correct weights. You will be a key member of our growing team, working closely with our Machine Technicians and Key Operatives to ensure the smooth running of our busy production lines.
Shift pattern:
- Week one: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Week two: Wednesday and Thursday
Hours:
- High Care/Low Risk: 06.00am - finish
- Packing: 09.00am - finish
Skills and experience needed:
- You’ll need good communication skills and the ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- You should be self-motivated and responsible with a keen eye for detail.
- You’ll also need to ensure good housekeeping standards, good manufacturing and βClean As You Goβ practices and working within Health and Safety guidelines.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be given.
