We are looking for Key Operatives / Line Leadersto work at our Mash factory just outside of Lincoln.

You will lead the team forwardto ensure the smooth running of our busy production lines whilst playing an important part in making sure every product packed is to the highest standard. You will supervise a small team and be responsible for their coaching and development.

Shift Pattern:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

Skills and experience needed:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Previous food manufacturing and production experience
