We are looking for a Forklift Driver Leading Hand to join our Abernethy Site. You will assist the Sizing & Intake Team Leader in day-to-day yard and intake operations at our fresh potato factory.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid counterbalance forklift license

Key Responsibilities:
- Operations: Support the intake team by loading and unloading lorries with potato boxes/raw materials and storing them in allocated bays. Support the Team Leader with yard spatial management, safe stacking, and storage.
- Raw Materials: Ensure accurate labeling and storage for traceability, updating data systems accordingly.
- Training: Mentor and train new starters, ensuring adherence to work instructions and procedures, and completing relevant paperwork.
- Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures across all shifts and ensure the work area meets audit standards.
- Health & Safety: Demonstrate safe behaviors and adhere to site procedures as a role model.
