The Role
Our Tenancy Sustainment Officer is responsible for supporting residents to maintain their tenancies and prevent tenancy breakdown. The role focuses on early intervention, providing practical and person-centred support to tenants facing challenges such as financial hardship, mental health issues, or anti-social behaviour, ensuring long-term housing stability. A key outcome is to enable tenants to build a community.
