A wonderful opportunity has arisen within our multi‑academy trust governance team, to provide outstanding administrative support to local governing committees in the Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust. Remunerated at DSAT 3 £25,989–£26,824 per annum or £13.47–£13.90 per hour (pro‑rated), the role requires around 8–14 hours per week per school (term time only). Some early evening work (attending meetings in schools half‑termly) and flexible hybrid hours will be necessary.
Responsibilities
- Represent the Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust.
- Provide high‑level governance administrative support to the school.
- Offer an exemplary clerking service.
- Manage communication and relationships across a multi‑academy trust, being highly professional and personable face‑to‑face, on the phone and in written communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to and support the overall aims and ethos of the Academy Trust, in particular priority 3, ‘build effective governance at every level’.
- Deal with highly confidential and sensitive issues.
