Moordown St John's CE Primary School Vacancy: Prep & Serve Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant – 18.75 hours or 4.5 hours per week. Salary Grade 2, points 2‑4 from £12.65‑£13.05 per hour (£10,582‑£10,917 actual salary pro‑rate). The pro‑rate salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and includes appropriate paid annual leave and bank holiday entitlements.

Type of Contract: Permanent, term‑time only 39 weeks per year. Start Date: as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up the hall for lunch
  • Cooking the pre‑prepared hot school meals
  • Preparation of accompaniments to the main meals
  • Serving meals to pupils, in line with their dietary requirements / allergies
  • Overseeing pupils eating their lunches
  • Assisting with cleaning/clearing of Hall after the lunch session

The contract is for 18.75 hours per week working Monday‑Friday 9:45‑1:30 or 4.5 hours per week working Monday‑Wednesday 11:45‑1:15 during term time. There is a probationary period. You will also be required to work some INSET days.

You Must Be

In addition, you will be expected to support our Church School ethos.
