Overview
We have a great opportunity for passionate Zipline Guides to join the Christchurch Adventure Park Zip Crew for our peak summer season from November 2025 till Feb 2026.
We have four great ziplines, all a bit different to amaze our guests. We have the highest and longest ziplines in Aotearoa New Zealand, and with our dual lines guests can race each other. Almost everyone can zipline, from young to old, individuals to corporate teams. Our Zipline Guides deliver an outstanding guest experience in a safe, fun and memorable way. We’re looking for the successful candidate to have customers at the heart of everything they do. We’re seeking someone with a can-do attitude, ready to go the extra mile, a real team player with a warm and sociable personality.

Duties
- Providing front-line interaction with guests in a high-pressure tourism business
- Rope work at heights
- Selling and upselling products
- Supporting guests in situations that are uncomfortable for them
- Encouraging guests in challenging outdoor situations
- Administering First Aid outdoors in potentially challenging conditions
- Due diligence in recording all accident information forms
- Ensuring safe conditions are met for all guests and staff
- Working in conjunction with teams cross functionally
Requirements
- Previous experience working in high ropes access or climbing-related instruction is looked on favourably
- Proven ability to learn and adapt to new systems
- Willingness to work outdoors in challenging physical conditions for extended periods
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays regularly
- An excellent working knowledge of the English language, written and oral
- Valid Full New Zealand Driver’s Licence
- The legal right to work in New Zealand for the duration of your contract
- Full availability to work between 22 December 2025 to 4 January 2026
