Job Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Teacher of Art & Design at our CTK: Emmanuel site who has the ability to deliver outstanding teaching and learning to young people aged 16-19. Experience of teaching UAL Art & Design is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment, stretching and challenging students to reach their potential.
- Ensure students feel confident about their future career.
- Support and develop teaching practice in an environment of positive encouragement and mutual respect.
- Marking and preparation offsite to support work‑life balance.
Qualifications & Support
Welcomed applications from ECTs; tailored programme of support to complete induction year. Salary based on SFCA teaching spine points 1‑9 (£38,539 to £56,788 inclusive of London weighting).
