Teacher of History (if possible with ability to also teach KS5 Government & Politics and/or Sociology) - Christ the King College

Christ the King College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and committed Teacher of History to join our team.

We are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner with a genuine passion for History and the ability to inspire and challenge students. The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge, high expectations and a commitment to ensuring that all students are supported to make excellent progress. We would particularly welcome applications from candidates who are also able to teach Government & Politics and/or Sociology, although this is desirable rather than essential. Applications from candidates who are looking for a part time position will also be considered.

8. Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the College.

The ability to teach Government & Politics and/or Sociology would be a particular advantage.
