Christ the King College is a joint Church of England and Catholic College on the Isle of Wight, providing a Christian education underpinned by Gospel values and reflecting both Church of England and Catholic traditions. It operates under the auspices of both the Church of England and Catholic Dioceses of Portsmouth. The school has over 1,100 students on roll, including a Sixth Form College of about 200 students. It is a well-established comprehensive school, which is well supported by parents and highly respected in the community.
We seek to appoint a talented individual to support teaching and learning in our Art/DT Subject Area, in particular focusing on supporting Food Technology. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, hardworking and creative who will support both the Teachers, through the preparation of resources and materials required in lessons and the students in practical activities by offering guidance, advice and direction.
