Christ the King Catholic Academy is looking to appoint a friendly and efficient Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team. About the Role

As Administration Assistant, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the school office and provide excellent customer service to staff, students, parents and visitors. Duties will include:

  • Managing calls, emails and front desk enquiries
  • Supporting school communications and administrative systems
  • Assisting with events, trips and whole-school activities
  • Providing reprographics and general office support
  • Supporting systems such as ParentPay and student records
  • Assisting with first aid and maintaining accurate records

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Can manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
  • Is confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
  • Works well as part of a team and independently
  • Is professional, calm and approachable

Previous experience in administration is essential, and experience in a school setting would be an advantage.
