Christ Reformed Church is seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to join the Operations team of a leading international law firm.

Responsibilities

• Support the selection, evaluation and management of office spaces.
• Develop and maintain a diary for lease events.
• Contribute to real estate strategy and transaction analysis.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and external consultants.
• Manage capital projects, ensuring high standards and compliance.
• Support sustainability initiatives and risk management.
• Oversee budget management and supplier contracts.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to balance operational delivery with strategic planning.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data management and attention to detail.
• Experience in facilities and real estate business planning.
• RICS qualification and a degree in Real Estate or Business Management.
• APM certification (desirable).
