We are currently recruiting for a Legal PA to support a Commercial Real Estate Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive real estate PA/Legal Secretary to join a leading media and entertainment law firm!

This role combines legal, administrative, and compliance responsibilities to support the Partner and ensure smooth property transaction management.

The successful Legal PA will be joining a close-knit team where your input is valued, your ideas are welcomed, and you’ll have the chance to become a vital member of the team!

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee file opening and closing, due diligence, and client liaison in regard to ID documents
  2. Diary management and meeting organisation
  3. Travel arrangements
  4. Audio typing
  5. Client billing
  6. Preparing contract packs
  7. Formatting and amending documents and engrossments
  8. Post completion matters drafting and filing SDLT returns, companies house registrations and land registry applications
  9. Submitting property searches

To be considered for this role, the successful Legal PA must have similar experience in real estate law with strong knowledge of SDLT returns and land registry applications.

The successful Legal PA must be available at short notice and able to commute to their West End office 4 days a week.
