We seek a relational leader who will replicate the mission of the church within the lives of Middle School and High School Students. The qualified candidate will have a base knowledge of worship and production. This position allows for leadership to be exercised over volunteer vocalists, instrumentalists and production personnel.

Reports To: Youth Pastor Old Cheney Campus
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary oversight and leadership within our mid-week student services
- Lead the worship ministries in alignment with the WCA Department playbook and processes
- Lead, supervise and schedule teams of musicians, singers and production personnel
- Oversee the recruitment, development, and training of volunteer teams
- Ensure consistent onboarding
- Invest and empower student based development of the worship arts
- Build a culture where volunteers are seen, supported, and celebrated
Church Ministry:
- Be an active part of the adult service experiences
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of student ministry events as directed
- Carry out assigned tasks to support the Youth Ministry as assigned
Qualifications:
- A leader who is highly relational and possesses the ability to recruit, inspire, and train others well
- Proficiency in musicianship, worship leading and associated software applications
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Possesses the ability to effectively manage conflict and sensitive situations with wisdom and grace
- Organized with a strong eye for detail to achieve levels of excellence
- Growth-oriented with a bias for action
- Loves investing their time and talents into volunteers
