Role Overview
Are you passionate about leading others into God\’s presence through dynamic worship? Do you enjoy collaborating with a creative team? Are you a gifted vocalist and musician capable of leading a band and managing rehearsals?
As part of the Creative Arts Team, you will design worship services collaboratively, serve as the worship leader at your campus, and shepherd volunteer musicians. The role requires excellent musical and technical skills to prepare hearts for worship and the Word of God.
Responsibilities
- Lead worship sessions and manage the worship team
- Rehearse and coordinate with volunteers and band members
- Create engaging worship experiences aligned with the church\’s mission
Qualifications
- Proficiency in leading worship and managing a band
- Ability to rehearse and direct platform teams
