The predicted salary is between 13.5 - 16.5 £ per hour.

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Premises Officer to help ensure our school provides a safe, secure, clean and well‑maintained environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

Working closely with the Estates Lead, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the school site, including site security, maintenance, health and safety compliance, grounds care, contractor management, and responding to premises‑related issues.

The successful candidate will undertake a range of practical maintenance and repair tasks, support statutory compliance checks, assist with the management of contractors and lettings, and help ensure that all buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard.

You will play a vital role in safeguarding the school environment, supporting emergency responses when required, and contributing to the smooth running of the school.
