At the heart of this is Connect, a vibrant Breakfast and After-School Club offering children a safe, supportive space to learn, play, and grow beyond the classroom. Connect is our term-time Breakfast and After-School Club available to all pupils from our Infant and Junior sites. Based at our Infant location, Connect runs from 7:30am until the start of school and again from school finish until 6:15pm.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and organised individual to lead our After School Connect Team as Supervisor. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the club experience — from managing staff to delivering exciting activities that children love.
Your Key Responsibilities would be to:
- Lead and inspire the After-School Team with energy and positivity
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of all children in your care
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Manage day-to-day club operations, including staff, resources, and attendance records
- Promote our school’s Christian values and inclusive ethos

We are looking for a Supervisor for our Breakfast Club and After School Club. This could be one person covering both clubs or two separate supervisors. Please indicate which post/s you are applying for on your application.
Salary and Hours:
- Breakfast Club Supervisor: 5 hours 50 mins per week 7:25am - 8:35am Mon-Fri Term Time excluding INSET days. Scale F, Spine points 15-24: 24 £4.8k - £5.4kpa
- After School Club Supervisor: 17 hours 30 mins per week 3:05pm - 6:30pm Mon-Fri Term Time excluding INSET days. Scale F, Spine points 15-24: 24 £14k - £16kpa
