We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and caring Breakfast Club Lead to manage the new free morning provision. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring children start their school day feeling safe, happy and ready to learn.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day organisation and smooth running of the breakfast club, providing a warm, stimulating and inclusive environment for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the daily operation of the Breakfast Club
- Provide a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for children
- Plan and deliver a range of age‑appropriate activities
- Prepare and serve healthy breakfast options, adhering to food hygiene standards
- Promote positive behaviour and support children's social development
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety policies are followed at all times
- Maintain accurate registers and communication with school staff and parents
- Manage resources and ensure the space is clean, organised and welcoming
- Have experience working with primary‑aged children
- Be confident leading a small team or working independently
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be energetic, caring and committed to supporting children's wellbeing
- Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a relevant childcare qualification
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Food Hygiene and First Aid certificate

Christ Church C of E Primary School is part of the Kaleidoscope Multi‑Academy Trust and the successful candidate will be employed by the Trust. As a result of this, you may be required to work in another school, as business needs dictate.
