We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and caring Breakfast Club Lead to manage the new free morning provision. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring children start their school day feeling safe, happy and ready to learn.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day organisation and smooth running of the breakfast club, providing a warm, stimulating and inclusive environment for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the daily operation of the Breakfast Club
  • Provide a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for children
  • Plan and deliver a range of age‑appropriate activities
  • Prepare and serve healthy breakfast options, adhering to food hygiene standards
  • Promote positive behaviour and support children's social development
  • Ensure safeguarding, health and safety policies are followed at all times
  • Maintain accurate registers and communication with school staff and parents
  • Manage resources and ensure the space is clean, organised and welcoming
The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Have experience working with primary‑aged children
  • Be confident leading a small team or working independently
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be energetic, caring and committed to supporting children's wellbeing
  • Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a relevant childcare qualification
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Food Hygiene and First Aid certificate
