We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable Nursery Assistant who would enjoy playing an integral supportive role, nurturing pupils’ development in our growing Nursery, which is part of our thriving Pre-Prep Department.

This permanent position is set to start in September 2025. We are seeking to extend our current Nursery opening hours, so flexibility around possible working hours would be desirable. We are happy to consider full-time or part-time candidates.

It is essential that candidates should be qualified to Early Years Educator Level 3 or above in Childcare. Candidates must have an established right to work in the UK, as well as fluent English.

We are looking for someone who:

• is caring and thrives in nurturing positive relationships with the children through their sound knowledge of child development;
• has a positive mindset and a ‘can-do’ attitude to developing the children\’s skills and facilitating their personal independence;
• is passionate and reflective about the learning process;
• is creative and knowledgeable, delivering learning experiences that engage children\’s interests and stretch their development across the whole curriculum.

Salary and benefits

• Salary is dependent on experience.
