Role Overview
- Strengthening and developing discipleship ministries in a multi‑cultural setting.
- Adapting current and future teaching ministries onto an online platform.
- Assist ministry leaders by helping them achieve their objectives.
- Teach, share, and preach the word of God in number of different settings.
Research and Administration
- Study and provide written critiques on current and historic sociological and theological trends within western multiculturalism and western evangelicalism.
- Assist ministry leaders by helping them achieve their objectives.
Youth and Children’s Ministry
- Organise and oversee youth outreach programs.
- Assist in the development and oversight of a robust children’s ministry.
- Leading weekly worship services, bible study, small group fellowships etc.
- Leading discipleship and mentoring classes.
Missions and Outreach
- Develop good and appropriate relationships with the people of the community in order to mentor and support them in every needful way.
- Actively engage in outreach to the diverse communities in a compassionate and sensitive manner.
- Mobilise local churches for missions and how to engage positively with their local communities.
- To set up and host various evangelistic / outreach activities for diverse groups such as youth groups, elderly people, homeless etc.
- Promoting an inter‑generational and cross‑cultural ministry to local community.
- Able to do home visits for the vulnerable, elderly and house bound people who need some godly encouragement, undertake counselling and prayer for all who need that form of intervention.
