As a Family Support Worker you will support children, young people and their families, helping them build resilience and achieve positive, sustained change.

About You:

  • Experience working with children, young people and families in a support or intervention‑focused role
  • Confident completing assessments and plans alongside multi‑agency partnerships
  • Ability to build positive, respectful relationships with families facing challenge
  • Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends when required
  • Hold a full driving licence and have access to a car

Requirements:

  • Valid full driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK, able to commit to at least 6 months employment (sponsorship not available)
  • Subject to DBS check
  • Legal requirement under the Immigration Act 2016 to demonstrate fluent spoken English for a customer‑facing role
  • Under the Safer Recruitment Policy, must provide safeguarding references (two referees, one current or last employer, one previous employer). Referees must cover last three years of employment/education.
